We are just back from a 2-month stay at Villa Barefoot-Sunsets. It was great and we have rented this house again for 2 months in 2015. The location is perfect for golfers. Coral Oaks and Royal Tee are only minutes away. We especially enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. We had quite a few visitors from Switzerland and everybody admired our lovely home with the fantastic view. As always, it was a pleasure to deal with the manager John Baker. We have known him since 2011, when we rented our first home in Cape Coral through JBP Management. John goes out of his way to help you if there is problem. John, we are looking forward to seeing you again next year!

“Perfection” Villa Barefoot-Sunsets was absolutely beautiful. When we walked in the front door, we noticed brochures and magazines describing all the attractions and just everything there is to do in and around Cape Coral. We found more of these brochures and maps in the office, as well. Though we did go to Pine Island, Fort Myers Beach, and Sanibel, it honestly would have been perfect just to stay at the house. The canal was a great place to stay as we all love fishing and it made for mesmerizing evenings by the pool. The house was beautiful and the natural scenery of Cape Coral matched as well. – The Patterson Family (Cleveland, TN. USA)
Spent 3 months in “Barefoot Sunsets”- great winter. Couldn’t have asked for a better property manager than John Baker. He was always readily available when needed, had solutions, and always followed up quickly to make sure any situation was solved. I would be more than happy to deal with John in the future. - Don & Norma (Pittsburgh, PA. USA)
