My wife and I stayed at Villa Bliss for 2 weeks in November 2014. We have visited Florida and Cape Coral a number of times. First impression of this house was ‘wow” no disappointments here! The pool, hot tub and outdoor area are a delight. The pool is an infinity design with two water falls. Not a bad way to spend some time. Interior of the house is like new. The linens, bedding, furniture, entertainment equipment, bikes, fishing gear, etc are all provided and are of a high standard. House in located in south west Cape Coral which is one of the most desirable areas. You will need a car, however all amenities are only a short drive. The dock is a nice touch. I enjoyed fishing from the dock while stretched out in a beach chair. The property manager’s name is John and he is definitely a pro. John was there to greet us and show us the property. He gave us some local tips and responded almost immediately to any questions we had. I would rate this property a 9 out of 10 and rate the property management team a 10 out of 10. We would definitely rent this home again.

We spend four weeks in this villa. And a lovely house it is. Nice furniture, plenty of kitchen utensils and equipment. Comfortable beds, beautiful pool and lanai area. All very up to standard. But there are plenty of houses like that in the Cape. What really made the difference was the property management. When we arrived, there were cool cans of pop in the fridge. When John, the property manager, noticed that there was no regular toaster available, he bought a new one and brought it straight away. When I mentioned the slow wifi, he immediately took the router and had it upgraded to a much faster version. Pool heater broke down. New one the next morning! Every time we had a question, he quickly responded and solved the problem. No hassle. No waiting. He regularly got in touch to see if there was anything he could do to make our stay more comfortable. And he did. It was by far the best property management we have ever had in Florida. And we’ve been coming there for nearly 20 years now.

My husband and I just came back from 9 days at Villa Bliss. The pictures don’t do the property justice. The location was stunning as was the house. It is situated in a very private location with similar houses in the area all along the inter-coastal. Even thought the houses are relatively close together, the beautiful shrubbery and Palm trees make it extremely private. The house is extremely spacious, has every amenity imaginable and is spotless. You can fit a tribe in the shower! John was wonderful to work with. He was always available and would supply us with anything that we requested. He was also extremely kind and easy to deal with. I know that staying in Villa Bliss made our vacation one of the most enjoyable vacations that we have ever had! We were looking for something quiet and Villa Bliss fit the bill! We hope to get back sometime soon.

Beautiful Home, Great Property Manager! Villa Bliss is a beautiful home in an amazing location. Close to all amenities food, shopping, beaches, and restaurants. The house layout is perfect, with the 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, an office, lounging area, and backyard oasis. The house, pool, and furniture was in good condition and clean. John the property manager was amazing, he was a phone call away. He brought us extra chairs and umbrellas for the beach when needed. I would rent the property again, and highly recommend John as a property manager.

“Our family of four enjoyed a perfect three weeks in Villa Bliss. Top marks for the location and all the villa had to offer. The service provided by John, property manager, was second to none. We found Villa Bliss met our requirements perfectly from the family area to the bedrooms to the kitchen. The master bathroom is so spacious and the double shower area amazing. An exceptionally clean and comfortable place to stay that we can’t recommend highly enough. The pool was perfect, the dock area an added bonus for relaxing in the sun. We can’t wait to return.”
I’ve rented from John a few times now, and have not been disappointed. The properties are immaculate and John works around my schedule to check us in and out. This property was more than I expected…infinity edge pool, hot tub, grand piano, huge tv and is located right on the canal. The pictures don’t do it justice. I will continue to be a satisfied customer and I’ll recommend them to anyone. – Joe Primrose
